Bowled the Players Tour event today at Uncle Sams Lanes in Troy. Threw the ball well the first two games but just couldn't get the strikes needed to have some big scores. Made a ball change for game three and really took off. Managed to get to +150 and get into the cashers round. Unfortunately, it seems like the lanes fell off a cliff and I could get anything going ending the day in 11th place. Ultimately, 2 of 3 cuts made for the players tour this year and 3 of 4 cuts made overall for players tour tournaments. Had a big 253 with the @swag_bowling Judge the last game of qualifying to give myself the chance. Finished 13th out of 84 for a cash. Bowled in the first event for The Players Tour NY on Sunday at Sportsman's Bowl. Had an up and down 5 games of qualifying. Using a combination of balls I was able to make all of my makable spares and needed a big 253 game 5 to give myself a chance to
Bowled in the first event for The Players Tour NY on Sunday at Sportsman's Bowl. Had an up and down 5 games of qualifying. Using a combination of balls I was able to make all of my makable spares and needed a big 253 game 5 to give myself a chance to make the cashers round. Ended up tied for the final spot and was able to secure the spot with a 9th and 10th frame roll off of strikes. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to continue that trend into the round struggling to keep ahead of the lanes breaking down. Ended up finishing in 13th place out of the 84 person field.
